Python Globus SDK v4.6.0 Released

Hi everyone!

We have just published a new minor version of the Globus Python SDK, globus-sdk! 

Version 4.6.0 ships with the following changes:

• The experimental TransferClientV2 now supports bookmark management (create, update, delete, etc).
• The FlowsClient has pre-release updates to support the display and listing of Registered APIs.
• Response JSON is now lazily evaluated to support streaming.
