activation error

I have our endpoint showing gray clour online, anytime i try to login or to actvate the endpoint I kept receiving the error :Activation failed: error contacting myproxy server, unable to connect to 165.73.223.21:7512 unable to datatransfer.covenantuniversity.edu.ng connection refused. All the necessary port are open including port 7512 I have also open the requred port on the prot in our DMZ.

please i need your urgent assitance.

The end point was working well before now.

From Globus' production servers we get “no route to host”. tracepath
shows asymmetrical routing. If you need more help with this, please
open a support ticket.
