Registering GCS with an API instead of Manually

Are there any plans in the works for allowing the registration of a GCS server from the CLI? Having to manually create GCS kills my ability to spin up and down GCS in a CI env, particularly because I am not allowed to reuse the same endpoint UUID even after cleanup.

There's no current way to do this but I have added it to our feature requests.
