Hi all,

We've just released version 3.6.0 of the Globus CLI. You can upgrade existing installations to the latest with
    globus update
or
    pipx upgrade globus-cli
or
    pip install -U globus-cli

Version 3.6.0 officially ends support for Python 3.6 for globus-cli. A few notes about this:
- Python 3.6 reached End of Life on 2021-12-23
- We are continuing to support Python 3.6 in the globus-sdk at present. This release only ends support for globus-cli
- Installation of globus-cli on python3.6 is still expected to work, but will simply install the last supported version (globus-cli version 3.5)

Version 3.6.0 of the CLI also includes some minor changes.
Helptext formatting has been improved to better take advantage of wider terminal windows, and there was a bugfix to the handling of the `--jmespath` option on the `globus api` command.

As always, you can read the full changes from our GitHub Releases or the published changelog on our docs site.

You can reach out to us with any questions or concerns via sup...@globus.org.
Thanks,
-Stephen, and the rest of the Globus Team
