Error for adding the first personal endpoint

I logged in Globus with my compute canada account, and tried to add my first personal endpoint. But when I downloaded the Globus app for windows and entered the setup key for installation. The app popped up an error of :
"The server returned an error
[ssh stderr] command-line: line 0: Bad configuration option: userknownhostsfile \\\\".
What is the problem of installation, please? Thanks.
