Globus server setup error.

Hi all,
I have setup the endpoint using documentation provided on globus.org and setup user authentication with LDAP but when I was trying to access the endpoint using my credentials it give me below error. Any help would be appreciated.

Directory Listing Timed Out
The server response may be slow or listing a very large number of files is taking too long.
Command Failed: Error (connect) Endpoint: Princeton Physics DTN (a54deaca-3234-11ea-970f-021304b0cca7) Server: physics-dtn2.princeton.edu:2811 Message: The operation timed out
