delete endpoint owner or change their role?

Using another account that has administrator role to an endpoint, is it possible to programmatically through the API delete the endpoint owner or change the owner to be just a manager?

The documentation at https://docs.globus.org/api/transfer/endpoint_roles/#delete_endpoint_role_by_id seems to suggest that it can be done but the app.globus.org doesn’t allow that so I wanted to ask before coding this up…

Hi Mona,

No, it is not possible to modify or delete an endpoint owner's role on an endpoint; even if you are an admin on that endpoint. As admin, you can modify others, but not the endpoint owner.
