Hi Joon,
In order to obtain additional named support contacts for your subscription, one of the current support contacts can open a ticket and request this at any time.
Just send it via one of the current support contacts. Please provide the name and identity/email that the new contact will be using. We will also then request that this user send us a ticket so that we can enter their information in our Help Desk system, with their own password, the way that they want.
