Is there any way to increase timeout for a directory listing in Globus File Manager for a collection? We have users and groups from IPA with AD trust, and user/group resolution can be slow if DTN doesn't have them in cache. As a result any "ls" command can be slow even when directory doesn't have that many entries.

Unfortunately, we cannot increase the directory listing timeout. We've had some discussions about supporting asynchronous directory listings, but that's forward looking for now.
