Change to default domain used with Globus Connect Server

Beginning July 16, 2025, all new Globus Connect Server endpoints will be assigned gaccess.io as the default subdomain, rather than data.globus.org. There will be no impact on existing installations at this time.
This change is being made to support a clear separation of assets that are managed at institutions in the default gaccess.io domain and assets that are managed by Globus in the globus.org domain.
Over the next year, we plan to migrate all Globus Connect Server deployments using the data.globus.org subdomain to the gaccess.io subdomain. During the transition phase, both subdomains will be supported. Details of the migration plan and timeline will be announced soon.
