From its unparalleled biodiversity to our longstanding relationships with local conservation efforts, it’s an ideal setting for a six-week field study.

BELIZE PROGRAM

Our summer team just wrapped up an exciting first week! They conducted a two-day bioblitz in Monkey Bay Wildlife Preserve, documenting hundreds of species, set camera traps in hopes of spotting jaguar, puma, and tapir, and completed a nighttime crocodile survey.

It’s been a great start — and you could be part of it next season.
