Interested in learning about the various organizaions at UCSB? Student Engagement & Leadership (SEAL) invites you to attend the Campus Involvement Fair on Tuesday, September 23 from 10am-1pm at Chem Lawn! Join us at any time and do not miss the opportunity to find your home on campus! 

Browsing UCSB's 500+ campus organizations will help you expand your network, explore your interests, and build new relationships! 

Stop by and enjoy a live DJ, watch performances, and have some fun!

Cultural & Identities Fair! RSVP Now! 

Student Engagement & Leadership (SEAL) invites you to attend the Cultural & Identities Fair on October 7 from 11am-1pm at the SRB Northside Lawn (Bike Path Lawn). If you are interested in creating new connections and meeting new people from all walks of life, we highly encourage you to RSVP! 

This event was created to curate community among campus organizations and enitties to showcase the diverse options for student involvement and leadership! All students are welcome!

You can look forward to seeing performances, fundraisers, campus organizations, campus departments, and more! Free food will be available at this event! 

Student Leadership Retreat: Save the Date!

Get ready to embark on a journey like no other! Join us for the 22nd Annual Student Leadership Retreat on October 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM at Corwin Pavilion.

What’s in Store?

  • Discover the hidden power within you! Our sessions are designed to help you recognize and harness your unique leadership strengths, equipping you with the tools you need to thrive.
  • Ready to take your skills to the next level? We’ll prepare you to step into leadership roles beyond college, with a focus on professional development and making an impact post-UCSB.
  • The time to lead is now! Learn how to navigate your new leadership roles on campus and learn about critical resources.

Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just starting your journey, this retreat is your opportunity to grow, connect, and elevate your potential.

This retreat is great to:

  • Develop your individual leadership skills.
  • Network with other student leaders and registered campus organizations. 
  • Get the most current information and training regarding funding and SEAL resources.
  • Identify critical issues for student leaders to address during the academic year.
  • Complete RCO requirements such as #Gauchoback!
  • Light breakfast & coffee provided!
