Spend spring quarter in French Polynesia, snorkeling among some of the world’s most biodiverse reefs.

French Polynesia:

Marine Life, Warming Oceans and Rising Seas

Spring 2026: April 9—May 22 • Summer 2026: June 23—August 5

Our French Polynesia Program immerses students in the tropical marine and coastal environments of Moorea and Tahiti. Over six weeks, students will become skilled at identifying the organisms and features that characterize this wondrous landscape and learn survey methods to assess different ecological states. Our team will also engage with the rich Indigenous culture and discover the deep connection that exists between Polynesians and their environment.
