Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out about our CAPS mental health groups and workshops this summer. Please share these offerings with your students as summer can be a particularly isolating time on campus. You can post the attached flyer and/or provide our website link, where students can register for groups of interest. I wanted to highlight that we have 

• Specific spaces for grad students
• Drop-ins for those that can't make a weekly commitment
• Programming that addresses a range of mental health themes
