As a paid 10-week program, the Henry A. Wallace Fellowship Program offers young activists training in “public scholarship” — the connection between policy research, advocacy, and grassroots activism. Through workshops, hands-on experience, and individualized mentorship, the Henry A. Wallace Fellowship Program looks to sharpen young scholar-activists’ voices and hone their skills.

Institute for Global Affairs (IGA) Internship Program
IGA’s internship program seeks highly motivated individuals to join us for 10–15 hours per week as part-time research assistants during either the Fall, Spring, or Summer terms (Summer applications now open). Research assistants will work on the Independent America project, a research initiative that explores the advantages and implications of a more realistic and restrained US foreign policy.

First Generation Civil Rights Fellowship Program
The First Generation Civil Rights Fellowship Program, or FirstGEN, is a paid summer program for undergraduate students who are the first in their immediate families to attend college and who intend to pursue careers in social justice. From June 3rd through August 9th, fellows will serve as summer interns with a FirstGEN Fellowship partner: the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Advancing Justice | AAJC, or the National Immigration Law Center (NILC).
