ASAP Wellness Workshop ā Finding Emotional Balance Through Breath, Sound, and Somatic AwarenessĀ
As we navigate uncertain and challenging times, it can feel increasingly difficult to find a sense of calm and groundedness.Ā Research shows that sound healingāusing tools like singing bowlsāalong with breathwork, can significantly reduce symptoms ofĀ anxietyĀ andĀ depression.Ā Across many cultures, sound has long been used as a form of healing and emotional restoration.
We will explore practices that support emotional balance and psychological well-being. Through breath, sound meditation, and somatic awareness (tuning into the bodyās sensations), participants will be guided into a state of stillness and deeper connection with themselves.
*Please bring something comfortable to sit or lie down on, as well as a hat or sunscreen.
