Remote, Paid Fall
Internships, Center for Advanced Defense Studies
Current undergraduates and recent graduates are welcome to apply for the
C4ADS internship. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United
States. Interns learn to apply analytical techniques, methodologies, datasets,
and tools to current challenges. Internships are full-time (35-40 hrs/wk);
part-time schedules may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Deadline:"Early

Paid Fall
Internships with the International Republican Institute, Virtual and Hybrid
IRI internships facilitate the growth and development of IRI’s future leadership.
Positions start on September 9, 2024 and run for no more than sixteen weeks (and may not be extended). This is a paid position, at $17.50 per hour.
Interns will work a minimum 20 hours per week. Hybrid candidates who are able
to work from IRI HQ in DC once per week are preferred. Opportunities for
students interested in different regions of the world, as well as international

Fall 2024 Google
Policy Fellowship for Students
The Google Public Policy Fellowship program is held in markets across the
United States, Europe, and the Emerging Markets. It offers students interested
in technology policy the opportunity to spend a semester working on these
issues at public interest organizations in DC. Candidates must demonstrate a
commitment to Internet and technology policy, an excellent academic record,
professional/extracurricular/volunteer activities, analytical, communications,
research, and writing skills, an ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and efficiently, and to work smartly and resourcefully in a
fast-paced environment. The program is designed to expose historically
underrepresented students in this field to career opportunities in the

History Matters welcomes submission of historical research from all
undergraduates who were attending a bachelor's degree-granting institution
during either spring or fall semester of the calendar year before the journal's

Rising Trainings and Toolkits

International
Affairs Junior Fellowship
The US Department of Treasury Junior Fellowship program is a fixed two-year program
for new college graduates to work shaping international economic policy in the US Treasury's Office of International Affairs. Junior Fellows
have exposure to multiple policy issues and opportunities to enhance their
knowledge and skills. Junior fellows will be placed in either a regional or
functional office.
US Citizens.
Junior Fellows are usually hired at the GS-9 level and
receive standard Treasury benefits. Strong candidates will have recently
received – or will soon receive – a bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework
in economics, public policy, finance, international relations, or related
