Staging profile ID for new user?

Hello!

I'm assisting The Palace Project [0] with getting Maven Central
publishing going, and I've run into a problem that I've not seen before.

We're deploying to Central using a tool that requires a staging profile
ID as an argument in order to create staging repositories reliably.
Normally, I would just run the Maven Nexus Staging plugin's
rc-list-profiles goal and copy the ID there. However, this time
around... There's no staging profile for org.thepalaceproject.

I did notice in the sign-up ticket [1] that the automated comment
mentioned the new s01.oss.sonatype.org server, whereas all my previous
configurations have been on the traditional oss.sonatype.org server.
Navigating to s01.oss.sonatype.org in a browser eventually times out,
though. Is this expected?

How do I retrieve my new staging profile ID?
