Group Repositories are down {project}-with-staging

Looks like a number of content/groups/{project}-with-staging repos are not working today.

Example of non-working ones ...

https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/jetty-with-staging/

with error:

404 - Repository "Jetty With Staging" [id=jetty-with-staging] exists but is not exposed.

But other work just fine ...

https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/google-with-staging/

I responded to your tweet that we went through and cleaned up a good number of those groups (and hosted repos) with content that was available from Maven Central.  If there was anything unique to those groups, we can restore them.  Please create an issue here to let us know: https://issues.sonatype.org/projects/OSSRH
