OSSRH broken

Hi there,

I just tried deploying to OSSRH but always failed with 405 (Method not
allowed).

Therefore, I manually logged into https://oss.sonatype.org/ but in the
UI after login I get a popup with the same error message.

Seems as if nexus repository manager is currently out of service or some
of my permissions got broke.

Could someone have a look and give feedback?
