Problem to connect ldap-Server - Failed to retrieve role information from ldap for user

Hello,
since some weeks we get fitful the error:
and as a result of this error the User get a 401-error when he tries to access an artifact. I already googled for this error but don't find any helpful information that's I would very thanksful if someone can take a look at this error and give me a little hint what could be the problem?

Go to "support/logging" in the admin UI and add a DEBUG level logger for: org.sonatype.nexus.ldap
This will give you more information in the nexus.log file.
