Info for Nexus 3 tasks recommendation and frequency?

Years ago, this was a very helpful post (thanks Brian!):

The post solidified order and frequency, and which ones to choose for a situation.

While https://books.sonatype.com/nexus-book/reference3/admin.html#admin-system-tasks is a great description of the tasks, "When to use" is a useful section from the post missing from the docs. Is there similar recommendation info for Nexus v3 somewhere? If not, I hope a post or doc update is forthcoming!
