RUT authentication and situations where you need to give password again

I have just untarred nexus-3.2.0_01 and can not find the 'user token realm' so my question is more of theoretical nature: the section http://books.sonatype.com/nexus-book/reference3/security.html#enable-reset-token says that you need to give the password again to create the user-token. how does this work if the user came in via RUT ?

first I thought there is user-token-realm but can not find it. then the docu talks about nx-usertoken-settings privilege which is also not in my list. I am kind of lost.

Your point is valid and we have https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/NEXUS-10692 tracking this.
