Nexus Repository - Composer Proxy POC - Open Sourced

Howdy fellow Nexus Repository fun peoples,

One of our awesome internal peeps (Frederick Milens) decided to spike out a Proxy of Packagist via Composer, and we decided to Open Source it as we have been doing quite regularly with formats recently.

The work is open sourced here: https://github.com/sonatype-nexus-community/nexus-repository-composer

I've tested this myself, which means a few things:

- I have mostly tested it against Packagist with a very limited subset of packages

- I am not a PHP developer

It could potentially not work! File an issue on the GitHub repo, and let us know if you run into any issues.

This work is Open Source and not supported in the same way we support Nexus Repository, it's a use at your own discretion type of repo.

As this is Open Source, we encourage PRs, issues, etc... and we hope that you'll find some utility in it.
