change deb package path in apt repo

I am trying to use apt repository in Nexus OSS, and so far I can push using curl and download using wget. The problem I am having is the organization of the directories, it's not convenient at all if I wanted to use content selectors along. I have no control over which directories to be created in Nexus, The following pic shows that:

Now, I am naming the packages them selves before uploading, such that I can use content selectors, but It would be better to have a way to name folders. Is there any?

The layout is as defined by the APT repository standard, so it can't be changed:
