build nexus-plublic 3.61.0-02

Hi,

I'd like to recompile nexus-public 3.61.0-02 but org.sonatype.nexus:nexus-ui-plugin fails
cause it's repo the following error
````
error Couldn't find package "@sonatype/nexus-ui-plugin@workspace:*" required by "@sonatype/nexus-...@0.1.0" on the "npm" registry.
```
The build of the main branch was completed successfully. Could you suggest a way to address this problem?
