Latest version of Sonatype IQ Server version 160 has been released and is freely available for download for all existing users.
This release brings in improvements and bug fixes to ensure that all our customers continue to derive greater value from the Sonatype IQ family of products.
Areas we have Improved:
Search quarantined components in Firewall
Firewall users can search for a specific component that is quarantined, by entering its name. This will help locate the quarantined component quickly, without having to navigate through multiple pages of the component list.
Ability to set IQ Server base URL from the UI
Configuration of IQ Server base URL is crucial before configuring email notifications and setting up integrations with SCM and Jira. Admins can now see a warning message on Lifecycle homepage, when the base URL is not set. Configuration of the base URL is now accessible from the system preferences menu in the UI.
Other Improvements in this release:
Performance of SCM system scans
Graceful shutdown of nodes in a cluster environment, to prevent outages.
Notable Bug Fixes in this release:
Fixed an issue with scan reports generated using Promote SCAN REST API
The “Associate Group” search option will now be displayed if group search is disabled for LDAP, even if SAML is enabled.
Resolved errors occurring during database migration from H2 to PostgreSQL for certain installations.
