How to give permission "UI: Artifact Upload" role to a user in nexus 2.14.1?

Hi,

I would like to create a user in nexus that have the permission of uploading artifacts to nexus UI.

A good set of basic user roles is:

* Nexus Anonymous Role

* Repo: All Repositories (read)

* UI: Base UI Privileges

To additionally allow upload, grant the user create+update privileges from a repository target privilege.

And finally, to make the "artifact upload" tab appear grant the user the "artifact upload" privilege.  That privilege does not grant permission to write any artifacts to Nexus, it just controls whether the upload UI will show for the user, and whether they are allowed to use the REST API for uploads.
