This is the first of two dashpoints I was able to knock out today, en route to an Appalachian Trail hike by the Tennessee-Virginia border.
Heading north from Asheville, North Carolina, you reach the Tennessee border in 30 minutes. The next major settlement is Johnson City, and this dashpoint was in the outskirts on Sherri Hill Road, behind a few houses. Thankfully, I could get within the required radius while still on the road - a resident was out front so I kept my photo discreet as I drove up towards him and then turned my car around. Then on to GD001-APNF, a mere 20 minutes away.
