Checklist Comments: First day back from a couple weeks away. A quick visit to the trail after lots of errands. Interesting mix of birds.
Low numbers. But a good chance to catch up a bit with first of year birds for here. None new for the year given birding in the Midwest
while away. Started from parking behind church to walking a loop in the Firehouse Woods with pauses on benches to listen and watch.
The few birders present were all headed out at this time of day.
