Weather:Mostly sunny with light northeasterly winds.
Raptor Observations:Light migration most of the day with just a few Turkey Vultures and Bald
Eagles. A group of 23 Turkey Vultures in the last hour.
Non-raptor Observations:West Spit: Ring-necked Duck, Ruddy Duck, Wild Turkey, American Woodcock,
Ruddy Turnstone, 3 Dunlin, Least Bittern, Red-headed Woodpecker, Mourning
