Weather:
Mostly cloudy to start the day then periods of clouds and sun throughout the day with sunny skies into the evening. Light winds to start became a northeast lake breeze. Count moved to Frisbee Hill at 10:30am EST. Warm.

Raptor Observations:

Count may move to Frisbee Hill when the lake breeze kicks in. TUESDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. High 79F. Winds WSW at 5-10mph. Good wind direction, though a bit weak so the lake breeze may eventually kick in. A day to keep an eye on.
