feature: Live mixing in Galicaster

Hi all

I have use-cases for people to have live video/audio mixing and for it to be end-user driven and very simple. The other hard requirement is no cash haha!

Ive done a simple integration between Voctomix and galicaster

for those of you not familliar with voctomix more can be found on their github:

Hi Andy,

Very cool ;)

We only have single inputs here so far, but I was actually looking at doing compositing in galicaster just for the preview window using the videomixer element directly as part of simplifying things to get wayland support working. We also sometimes get requests to record audio only or to be able to blank certain sections especially for medical stuff where there is gory/personal data so the idea of being able to control what is recorded in real time is really nice.
