This is a reminder that the GA4GH Variation Representation (VRS) meeting is happening tomorrow:

Wednesday, June 3rd

6pm UK / 1pm ET / 10am PT 

Agenda:

The link for the agenda can be found here: meeting agenda. The focus will be on:

1. GK Starter Kit for VRS (define the project plan for what to create and when/how it will be created)
2. Trial Use change to Computed Identifier (review impact and outcome of meeting with MGB)
3. Star Allele proposal for Cat-VRS and VRS (introduce proposal for star alleles and transfer effort to think tank project if possible)
4. Message bundle format for GKS (time permitting or interwoven with above discussions)
