Hi everyone,
This is a friendly reminder that Connect session proposals are due next week - Wednesday, 3 July - for the upcoming GA4GH 13th Plenary in beautiful Uppsala, Sweden (8-10 October 2025)!
If you’ve got a great idea for a session, now’s the time to send it in. Proposals will be reviewed using the evaluation rubric, so have a quick look to make sure your session hits the mark. Here's the session proposal form for easy reference.
Anyone can submit a proposal - whether you're part of a Work Stream, a contributor from a Driver Project, or just passionate about a topic GA4GH should highlight!
Some possible session types include:
Registration is open for the Plenary! If you’re planning to attend in person, active contributors can get 50% off registration by completing the GA4GH Inclusivity and Impact Survey. And of course, virtual participation is free for everyone.
