Hi all,
Just a quick check - do you have a calendar invite for a VRS meeting on July 7th? If so, please go ahead and delete it.
From July, VRS meetings are happening on the first Wednesday of each month at 6pm UK / 1pm ET / 10am PT.
So the next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2nd at that time.
I’ll send the usual 24-hour and 1-hour reminders. If a meeting gets cancelled (possible, as we approach peak summer holiday and conference period), you’ll get an email letting you know. And if you're using Google Calendar, any cancelled invites should disappear automatically.
If you're using Outlook… it's a bit more unpredictable. Sometimes you’ll be left with a ghost invite - so please double-check.
