We're very excited to welcome Ryan Whaley from the ClinPGx team to present at our meeting. In this meeting, Ryan will share the latest updates to ClinPGx, including how the team is refining their data model to enable new features, improve existing ones, and strengthen interoperability with GA4GH standards.

ClinPGx (formerly PharmGKB) has been curating and interpreting human genetic variation data for over 25 years to advance understanding in pharmacogenomics. As the field continues to evolve, so does ClinPGx... now taking inspiration from VRS while developing the next generation of tools for annotating and sharing pharmacogenomic knowledge.
