Just a quick reminder that our GA4GH Connect session, Scaling the Federated Variant-Level Matching Network, is happening TOMORROW, Thursday, 9 October, from 16:00-17:30 CEST, led by Heidi Rehm, Nara Sobreira, Alex Wagner, and Larry Babb.
In this session, we will discuss approaches to scaling the federated Variant-Level Matching (VLM) network and adding new functionalities. The conversation will focus on how phenotypic and genomic data stored in controlled-access databases, healthcare institutions, and commercial and research laboratories worldwide can join the federated VLM network.
