[GA4GH] Review Requested: VRS intron model

Happy New Year!🎉
Following up on the discussions from our last twoVRS calls, the intron model is now implemented and ready for review.
The changes are available in PR #675 (feat: add Intronic Positions), with a one-week review period:

This work originated in PR #663, but as @jsstevenson pointed out, it was pushed to the wrong branch. Since #663 modified a trial use class, this should be treated as a minor release and therefore should not have landed in 2.0. As a result, the change is being reverted from 2.0 in #674, and is now correctly proposed via #675.
We'd really appreciate your review and feedback during the review window. As always, more time can be made available if needed - please let us know.
