GA4GH 14th Plenary meeting, taking place from
28 September to 2 October 2026 at the
One Farrer Hotel.
This year's meeting will bring together organisations and initiatives from across the genomics and health community to advance global genomic and health data sharing. The event is generously co-hosted by
Precision Health Research,
Singapore (PRECISE), which leads the National Precision Medicine programme.

Plenary Themes
This year's Plenary will explore timely and
forward-looking themes defining the future of genomic medicine. Sessions will examine the evolution from open to trusted and responsible data sharing; the role of AI in clinical care, including reliability, bias, and trust; and how to demonstrate real-world value and outcomes from genomics.
Discussions will also focus on embedding genomics into healthcare systems, scaling genomic programmes at population level, and advancing genomic newborn screening. The programme will conclude with a forward-looking talk show exploring what genomic medicine could look like in 2035, including emerging technologies, new care models, and the systems needed to support them.
