Update: Time Change for One Monthly Cloud Call (Effective 23 March 2026)

Dear all,

As part of our effort to improve participation across regions, and as discussed in the recent Cloud meeting, we would like to share an update regarding the timing of our monthly Cloud calls.

Currently, we hold two Cloud calls each month:

  • 6:00 PM UK Time (GMT/BST) – corresponds to 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET
  • 2:00 PM UK Time (GMT) – moving to 4:00 PM UK Time (GMT/BST), which corresponds to 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET

Effective Monday, 23 March 2026, the Cloud call previously held at 2:00 PM GMT will shift to 4:00 PM UK time. The 6:00 PM UK / 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET call remains unchanged.

A new meeting invitation reflecting this update will be shared shortly. If you have any older calendar invitations saved, please replace them with the new invite once received. We also recommend checking the GA4GH calendar to confirm the updated schedule.
