Attn: Ursulmas and Ursulwyck need your help!

We are currently looking for volunteers to run Ursulmas 2027 and Ursulwyck Medieval Faire 2027. Specifically, we are seeking event stewards and their teams to lead these upcoming events. If we do not get stewards for these events they will be CANCELLED. 

As a reminder, we have the following deadlines for bid presentations:

• Ursulmas 2027: Bids must be presented no later than the July business meeting on July 28th, 2026.

• Ursulwyck Medieval Faire 2027: Bids must be presented no later than the September business meeting on September 22nd, 2026.

If you are interested in running an event but aren't sure where to start, there are mentors available who can provide guidance and support throughout the process. Additionally, if you would like to volunteer but do not feel ready to be an event steward, you are more than welcome to join an event team and assist a steward in making the event happen.
