new daemon: yaqd-mqtt-homie-sensor

We have yet another daemon in the ecosystem, mqtt-homie-sensor [1]. This daemon will be perfect for bridging the MQTT/Homie IoT sensors we're deploying around the chemistry department [2] directly into yaq. Send me an email if you would like help setting any of this up---I'm currently actively working on this project.

The new package is available on PyPI [3] and conda-forge [4].
