new daemon: yaqd-edaq-isopod

I'm pleased to announce a new daemon [1] offering support for the eDAQ isoPod family of sensors [2]. This particular daemon is pretty rough still---much testing needs to be done. Still it's nice to have initial support for this popular family of sensors. You may install the new daemon from PyPI [3] or conda-forge [4].
