HTCondor-CE || Want to exclude some executing nodes directly from HTCondor-CE configuration (Route or Blahp)

Dear OSG Support Team

Would it be possible to exclude certain Slurm cluster nodes directly from HTCondor-CE configuration?

Idea is to pass the exclude node list directly from Blah config or HTCondor-CE routing configuration.
