[euler-users] Engineering Network Problems

There seem to be some residual issues continuing from DoIT's network maintenance last week. A recent change appears to have exacerbated those problems and is rendering Euler's external network connection unstable.

Jobs running on the cluster network should be isolated from the problem, but SSH sessions and connections to the public internet will be unreliable until network services resolves the issue.

DoIT has applied a mitigation as of 9:00 AM this morning. The network should be stable at least until they are ready to implement a permanent fix.
