Hello Everyone,
I'm writing to follow up on an incident earlier today; between 12 noon and 4pm when a few systems had a power interruption that may have cancelled or requeued some jobs.
I had been trying to upgrade the power in a server rack so as to support some newer GPUs and I marked the wrong systems as offline, which meant they were still in use when they were unplugged. It was my mistake and I apologize for any inconvenience my error may have caused.
If your jobs were interrupted and you have an urgent deadline, please open a ticket at euler-...@engr.wisc.edu and I'll do what I can to bring your jobs to the front of the queue.
