[euler-users] Changes to Euler Policy

Hello Everyone.

I am writing to inform you that there will be slight changes to Euler's written policy for research users going forward. Please look over the following document which takes effect as soon as your Euler account is renewed for the April 2020 - September 2020 maintenance period. Please pass it along to your PI, where applicable.

I've also attached a PDF copy of the document. This copy will be available on the Wisconsin Applied Computing Center website starting early next week.
