[euler-users] Network Maintenance on 6/24 and 6/26

Hello Euler users,

CAE recently received notice that DoIT Network Services will be performing maintenance on the College of Engineering's network hardware during two periods next week.

1. Monday, June 24^th between 7pm and 9pm. It will include a full network outage  of around 15 minutes.
2. Wednesday, June 26^th between 7pm and 9pm. An outage is expected but we do not currently know how long it will take.

While the connection between Euler's nodes will be unaffected, jobs which connect to the internet to fetch data or upload results may be unable to do so during that time. Similarly, users who need to connect to the cluster via SSH or Globus may experience interruptions.

As this maintenance was scheduled by DoIT, CAE is not able to reschedule or make exceptions. Please plan accordingly.
