Hello Michael and Scott,
As a proud graduate of the Mechanical Engineering department and the Engineering for Energy Sustainability Certificate, I wanted to reach out and share some information on internship opportunities in renewable energy from our company. We unfortunately are unable to attend the UW Madison Engineering Career fair this year but will be at the general career fair instead. We currently are looking to hire Civil and Electrical engineering interns. (Half of our electrical engineering team comes from a mechanical engineering background, so it would be great to let students know that they don’t need to be electrical engineers to work in our engineering team). We will also be posting positions for our construction team here shortly which have a large variety of background in engineering and construction. We have a very strong UW-Madison alumni group at OneEnergy and would love to continue to grow this group. We are also hiring interns and a full-time position in our development teams if you have anyone that may be interested outside of the engineering side of solar. We are hiring both at our Madison office location and our Seattle office location. The below links can be followed to get to the application pages.
